Louise has over 40 years industry experience

Our roots are as a family business established in Crawley since 1993.

Business owner Louise worked and taught in London for over nine years before opening her own Spa in Crawley town centre which she ran for 32 years.

Louise is City and Guilds qualified in Hairdressing, Advanced Men’s Barbering, Wigmaking, Beauty Therapy & ACP (Advanced Electrolysis).

Louise taught hairdressing in Harrods for two years and worked as an education and promotional rep for several skin care houses, travelling around the UK & Europe. During that time she taught in Health Farms and famous Spas including managing a team of therapists in Selfridges.

Louise has studied and taught in Cyprus, Barbados, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and the Maldives. Her treatments are a fusion of all these influences. As a qualified City and Guilds teacher/trainer and Clinical Aromatherapist.

She is passionate about products that deliver fantastic results. In 2026 Louise was able to condense her working week to have the freedom to pursue her long term wish of running a mobile business for women with disability dementia and the elderly with restricted mobility.

In addition to this special mobile service Louise has a bespoke spa treatment room within The Richards Centre, 67 Three Bridges Road RH10 1JJ. Just a ten minute walk from the town centre.
